History from a different perspective: In the catacombs of the Hamburg Speicherstadt professional actors bring the darkest events of the city back to life. Using gruesome scenes and cinematic effects, visitors experience 90 minutes in thirteen different areas showing the historical events of the history of Hamburg.

One of the top attractions in Hamburg takes you through 600 years of Hamburg's gruesome history. Using the lift you will go down into the catacombs of the warehouse district, right into the old library of the dark history where everything you will experience is written. You will have to answer to the torturer and the inquisitor before trying to escape the fire of 1842. But will you find your way through the labyrinth of lost souls? Or will you not be able to make it in time because the plague has got you? Beware of the dangers that lurk everywhere!

You will follow the darkest pages in the history of Hamburg with 11 live shows with real actors, two rides and much more. It is based on the true story of the city (minus the boring parts). The Hamburg Dungeon is the black comedy among the attractions: dark, atmospheric and very, very funny.

By the way: Within the walls of the historic location, you can hold private or business events during the day or evening, such as for corporate parties, birthdays or anniversaries/farewell parties. After a reception with sparkling wine, your event includes not only a tour through the various attractions, but a delicious buffet in the restaurant as well in an extraordinary atmosphere.
