Besides the speciality of the house, sole, plaice, matjes herring and salmon are offered in several variations typical of the Hamburg area. Chef Marion Eismann relies on old family recipes that have proven themselves in their kitchen for decades. A special Aalspeicher highlight is its location on Nikolaifleet. Those who get a seat on the terrace by the water enjoy a wonderful view of the historic Church of St. Nicholas.
