Lotte Duty Free Shop - Main Store is situated on the 9th and 10th floors of the Lotte Department Store. It is recommended that visitors take pamphlets in foreign languages and events information from the Information Desk on the 10th floor before browsing, to enjoy an even more pleasurable shopping experience.

On the 10th floor, there are more than 30 brand-name counters featuring a variety of goods including bags, shoes, fashion accessories and watches. There is also a gift section for overseas tourists offering kimchi, dried laver, Korean ginseng, bamboo-salt soap and hot pepper chocolate. After shopping, customers can even get free gifts for their purchases if they present receipts to the Free Gift Desk.

The 9th floor houses the largest cosmetics counter among Seoul’s duty free shops, offering a wide variety of brands such as MAC and Bobbi Brown, and Gucci and Calvin Klein are particularly popular. Meanwhile, the Customer Lounge on the same floor offers customers a relaxing place to rest.

Lotte Duty Free Shop operates many branches for tourists. In addition to the Main Store, there is the Lobby Store located at the lobby of Lotte Hotel, the COEX Store, the World Store, the Incheon Airport Store and the Gimpo Airport Store, each of which features a wide range of big-name brands.
