Copenhagen's biggest street party and club festival Distortion takes place every year in June and attracts nearly 300,000 people to its street parties, dance, art rock, freestyle hip hop, tech-house, polka and street art.

When Distortion hits Copenhagen, it will be with street parties, night parties, Final Party, chill-out events and a harbour party on the programme.

Everything stems from Distortion's core - an exploration of partying as an event and concept.

Distortion takes place in a new part of Copenhagen every night and thus moves around the city. The Final Party is the culmination and biggest event during Distortion.

Free parties

In 2014, it was free to participate in the daytime and evening parties during Distortion. It is possible to maintain these thanks to the sale of street wristbands.

The street wristbands make it possible for the audience to voluntarily contribute to the future existence of free street parties. By purchasing a wristband, you are thus showcasing your support of Distortion.
