The Eight Eccentrics Feast is a famous banquet featuring Huaiyang food and is constructed from years of historical research and development.

The feast is made up of five dishes and includes delicate snacks and fruits.

The feast is inspired by a group of eight Chinese painters known as the “Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou.” During the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), the eight artists rejected orthodox ideas on painting in favor of a style deemed expressive and individualist.
