China Block-Printing Museum and Yangzhou Museum complex is well worth a visit for any travelers.
The Block-Printing Museum displays a detailed history of block printing, which originated in Yangzhou. The museum also exhibits the development of Yangzhou city ranging from prehistoric time to the Qing Dynasty. The exhibit is entitled, “The Tide of Guangling”.
Yangzhou Museum is home to a large collection of antiques -- more than 30,000 pieces. The collection includes a blue-glazed and white-dragon patterned prunus vase made in the Yuan Dynasty.
