In the Martyrs’ Cemetery on North Mountain, lie the heroes who sacrificed their lives during the Anti-Japanese War (1937-1945) and the Liberation War (1945-1949). It is a mountain surrounded by walls. In front of the mountain is a monument dedicated to the martyrs. The mountain is covered with white snow in winter and sometimes visitors might bump into one or two lovely squirrels who happily munch on pine nuts. Come for a walk on the mountains in winter to learn what coldness is really like and don’t forget to dress warm.
