The former site of the Wuhan National Government served as Wuhan’snational governmental office building from January 1927 to September 1927. The national government made the decision to recover British concession in Hankou and Jiujiang in this building. A portrait of Sun Yat-set and a copy of his will are in the 2nd Nationalist Party’s assembly room of the third plenary session on the third floor.

Theformer site of the National Government is a historic site and is located below the Liudu Bridge on Zhongshan Ave.near Minzhong Leyuan. Built in 1917 by Jian's brothers, the building is in a reinforced concrete structure and is six-stories high. Visitors can get there by Bus No.1, 2, 24, 559, 207, 603, 588, 601, 801 or 563.
