In the autumn of 2014 the Finnish Association of Designers Ornamo in association with the Association of Finnish Sculptors and Design Museum will stage an overview of contemporary Finnish ceramics. The theme of this exhibition will focus on the theme of the spatiality of ceramics. With the upper floor of Design Museum as its venue, this exhibition will present the present state and material skills of Finnish ceramic art. This high-standard exhibition of work selected by a jury of experts will activate and challenge professionals in this field to provide their best work. The exhibits will include sculpture, experimental design, spatial art, and ceramic art in architecture.
