Instructions:
Ghee is a kind of liquid butter from cow’s milk. Pour the yellowish liquid from some curdled milk into a leather bag (about the size of a medium sack) with some yogurt in it. Stir the mixture with a large wooden spoon up and down for about an hour and the ghee will float to the top of the liquid. To improve the taste, add some salt. Goat milk may result in a different taste and color.
