This farmhouse sits next to National Highway 216 and is 2 km from the airport. It occupies a 1.67-hectare area with many scenic spots, pastoral scenery, folk customs, and recreation areas. More than half of the space is for growing a variety of top grapes, including seedless, red, and longan (dragon’s eye), and there is a garden of several dozen varieties of vegetables and organic green vegetables.

Its favorable geographical environment makes the farmhouse a real scenic spot. The reception area has a 100-meter grape arbor, and there are seven rooms and 25 tables for individuals, plus a 64-sq-m Kazakh yurt that can seat 260.

In spring, the garden is full of blossoms, while in August and autumn, there are ripe grapes everywhere, and fresh fruits hanging from branches for visitors to pick. There is a variety of local agricultural products and snacks available for tourists.
