Cyprus Classic Motorcycle Museum

The Cyprus Classic Motorcycle Museum in Lefkosia (Nicosia) was established by Andreas Nicolaou and is the result of a 20 - year personal effort. Today, this collection comprises more than 150 pieces. The museum exhibits motorcycles dated between 1914 - 1983, such as AJS, MV Aqusta, Matchless, Norton, BSA, Triumph, Ariel, BMW, James, Moto Guzzi, Royal Enfield and many more. Four motorcycles of museum of historical motorcycle Cyprus have become stamps for the Cypriot Democracy in 2007. Certain appreciable pieces that are exposed in the museum are 3 motorcycles from the Personal Guards of Archbishop Makarios III, the motorcycle of hero of EOKA Stylianos Lena and motorcycles from the first and second World War.

Museum of the George and Nefeli Giabra Pierides

The George and Nefeli Giabra Pierides Collection covers a wide range of the history and archaeology of Cyprus, from the Early Bronze Age (2500 BC) to the end of the Mediaeval period (sixteenth century). Numbering more than 600 items, the collection is one of the most important private collections in Cyprus, possessing superb examples of Mycenacan pottery and a rich part of sculpture in limestone, dating from the early 6th century BC.
