As one of the famous Taoist holy places in Yunnan Province, the Golden Palace (Temple) Scenic Area is a state 4A-level scenic attraction of Kunming.

Guandu Old Town is one of the most famous historic and cultural towns in Kunming. It is situated in the southeast suburb of Kunming.

Dragon Gate, or Longmen in Chinese, is known for its magnificent Taoist and Buddhist grottoes and sits on the sharp cliff of the West Hill. The construction spans seven decades from 1781 to 1853, in the Qing Dynasty.

Xiaoshuijing (small well) is located in the southeastern quarter of Fumin town, 17 kilometers away from Daying town, and can be accessed by a village road. The village is at an elevation of 2.38 km, and consists of 138 families, 447 people, all of whom are of Miao minority.
