Toul Tum Pung (Russian Market)

Of the all traditional markets in Phnom Penh, the Russian Market offers the best selection of traditional souvenirs, curios, silks and DVDs. The south side is the place to begin, lined inside and out with carvings, handicrafts, silks, fabrics, curios and the largest selection of DVDs in town. There are also several fabric vendors making it a good place to shop for the tailor. Check out the local food stalls near the center of the market.
