Glamorous Latin America

  • Panama City

    Panama City is the capital and largest city of Panama. It has an urban population of 880,691, with over 1.5 million in its metropolitan area. The city is located at the Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal, in the province of Panama. The city is the political and administrative center of the country, as well as a hub for banking and commerce. 

  • Bogotá

    Bogotá, officially Bogotá, Distrito Capital, abbreviated Bogotá, D.C. (during the time of Spanish rule, and also from 1991 to 2000, called Santafé de Bogotá) is the capital and largest city of Colombia administered as the Capital District, although often thought of as part of Cundinamarca. Bogotá is a territorial entity of the first order, with the same administrative status as the departments of Colombia.

  • Cartagena de Indias

    Cartagena de Indias (Cartagena for short) is the top leisure and business tourism destination for Colombians and it’s growing in popularity for tourists around the world. The 5th most populous city in Colombia was declared a World heritage site by the UNESCO in 1984 as well a Historic and Cultural District since 1991.

  • Mexico City

    Mexico City is one of the most enjoyable destinations. Its historic center, better known as Zocalo, is declared World Heritage by UNESCO and is the heart of a living culture that exudes everything accumulated since the founding of Tenochtitlan. Visit its neighborhoods flooded with art nouveau and art deco, enjoy its cuisine and lose yourself in the streets of the city with the most museums in the world.

  • Buenos Aires

    Buenos Aires is the capital and most populous city of Argentina. The city is located on the western shore of the estuary of the Río de la Plata, on the South American continent's southeastern coast. "Buenos aires" can be translated as "fair winds" or "good airs". The Greater Buenos Aires conurbation, which also includes several Buenos Aires Province districts, constitutes the fourth-most populous metropolitan area in the Americas, with a population of around 17 million.

  • Valparaiso

    Valparaiso, an important seaport in eastern Pacific Coast of South America and the capital of Aconcagua and Valparaiso Province, located on the south bank of Valparaiso Bay, approximately 130 kilometers away from Santiago and built in 1536. This city was once destroyed by pirates, windstorm, fire and earthquakes, most of the buildings were rebuilt after the earthquake in 1906. Valparaiso has broad harbors, Solid seawalls and modern port facilities.

  • Puerto Aisén

    The commune of Aysén is the second largest in Chile. It is located in the northern part of the western Patagonia, with a population of 27 thousand people, spread in the communities of Huichas Island, Puerto Chacabuco, Villa Mañihuales and Puerto Aysen, the main town.

  • Montevideo

    Montevideo, built in the 18th century during the reign of Spain, is the capital of Uruguay. In the early 19th century, the earlier city Montevideo was colonized by Britain and then by Argentina, Portugal and Brazil, and eventually the city gained independence and democracy in 1825. Montevideo means “I’ve seen mountains” in Portuguese. The neoclassical buildings are still attractive even today.

  • Monterrey

    Monterrey is the capital city of the Nuevo Leon State, in the northeast of Mexico which boats a population of 1.1 million. It is the second largest city of Mexico in size and the third largest city of Mexico in population, and often called the “Northern Cleopatra, Northeastern Giant, Mountainous City, Capital of North, etc.” Monterrey is considered as the most “American” city in Mexico. Colorful history and culture are its biggest characteristics.

  • Belo Horizonte

    Belo Horizonte, the capital of Minas Gerais, is a city that lies between tradition and modernity offering residents and visitors the complete package. Its lush greenery and pleasant climate make for the perfect setting for those intent on discovering the charms of this metropolis. It is the most amazing capital of the country.

  • Cumana

    In 1515 he landed on the coast of Cumana a mission of Franciscan friars, led by Fray Antonio de Montesinos, in order to start the peaceful evangelization of indigenous communities, but the constant abuse of soldiers and slave traders they ended up creating heavy clashes between natives and Spanish. Thus Cumana, Sucre state capital, became the first city founded in the Americas.

  • Punta del Este

    Luxurious summer residences, tall seafront buildings, enormous yachts, luxury hotels and restaurants make this the most glamorous resort in the Americas. Where luxury and nature meet, Punta del Este is internationally recognized as one of the most important resorts in the Americas and the most exclusive in the region.

  • Quito

    Quito, formally San Francisco de Quito, is the capital city of Ecuador, and is situated at an elevation of 2,850 meters above sea level. It is the second highest official capital city in the world.

  • Lima

    Lima, capital city of Peru, has more than 4,000 years of history, with hundreds of monuments, pre-Columbian pyramids or “Huacas” located in the city. Lima was the political, administrative, religious and economic capital of the Viceroyality of Peru and the most important city of the Spanish dominations in South America, from 1542 until the XVII century.
