A surge in interest in Norway for ski holidays has seen nine new air routes introduced this winter.
Specialist operator Ski Solutions reported a 64% year-on-year rise in bookings to the country as of last week.
The company noted that more families and groups are choosing Norway for their winter holidays, drawn by a blend of adventure and Nordic experiences.
Ski Solutions' bookings are tracking 57% up year-on-year for the entire season, with passenger numbers rising by 83% compared to last winter.
Nine new direct flight routes from the UK to Norway are being introduced this winter to meet growing interest, according to aviation analytics firm Cirium.
