The World Conference on Tourism Cooperation and Development 2022 is scheduled to be held in Beijing on September 1, themed on "Deepening Cooperation and Innovation for Development".
The theme of the WTCF Beijing Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit & World Conference on Tourism Cooperation and Development 2021 is "Revitalizing World Tourism and Energizing City Development". The event will conduct the in-depth analysis on the new demands, new changes and new trends brought by the COVID-19 pandemic on the development of world tourism and tourism cities, explore new opportunities, new agenda and new actions for the sustainable development of world tourism in the post-pandemic era, provide the support of concept, technology and model for the comprehensive recovery of world tourism.
On September 5th, the World Conference on Tourism Cooperation and Development commenced and was the only conference held by international organizations during the 2020 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS). The World Tourism Cities Federation (WTCF) invited 300 representatives of global tourism industry. They discussed the recovery of the tourism industry and the way to revitalize it together according to the theme of “Rebuilding World Tourism for Prosperity”.
The theme of the WTCF Helsinki Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit 2019 is “Smart Tourism — Road to City Innovation and Development”. Activities that will be held during the summit will include the Opening Ceremony and Keynote Speech, Fourth Meeting of the Second Council, Themed Forums, Research Results Release Conference, Tourism Trade Fair, Tourism Exhibition and others.
The 2018 World Tourism Cities Federation Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit is scheduled to be held in Qingdao from September 7 to 9. The summit’s theme is “Orient Industry Trends, Brand Tourism Cities”.
The 2017 World Tourism Cities Federation Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit is scheduled to be held in Los Angeles from September 19 to 20. The summit’s theme is “Impact of Globalization on World Tourism City Development”.
