Old granny's potato

Old granny’s potato is one of Yunnan’s delicacies. It gets the name for its softness that even old grannies with no teeth can bite. Cooked potato is mashed or crushed then stir fried. Garlic, spring onion, dried chili or chili flakes and ground Sichuan pepper are commonly added to flavor the potato. It has an attractive golden color and fantastic taste. Fresh and pickled vegetables can be used to add flavor.
