Spago

Spago, located on Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, is the flagship store of legendary chief Wolfgang Parker’s Culinary Empire. The Australian chief opened Spago on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles in 1982. Once the restaurant was opened, it just amazed the whole Los Angeles, and soon became a genuine Hollywood Restaurant. In 1997, Spago has officially entered into Beverly Hills, to become one of the most famous restaurants in L.A. and even throughout the United States after the reformation and trial operations. Spago adopts a full transparent kitchen concept, so diners can see the whole process of preparing dishes by chiefs methodically. Such clean and orderly environment can give customer a feast for the eyes and make them eat at ease.

The famous smoked salmon pizza is the classic dish of Spago, and also an important part of California cuisine.
