Also, each subway station has a name, number, and a color representing the subway line, and with just a little guidance, anyone can use the metropolitan subway systems with ease.

T-Money M-Pass
T-Money M-Pass was issued in December, 2011; the card can be used at Korail, Seoul Subway (with Line 9), Seoul Metropolitan Rail, Incheon Korail, and Seoul Sub & Main Line Bus. It offers 20 rides a day. M-Passes are available for purchase at Seoul Travel Information Centers (I-Tour Seoul Centers / +82-32-743-3270 (Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese)) in the Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal (Gate 5 & 10 at 1F), Jeju International Airport and Jeju Tourism Information Center. I-money is a transportation card as well as a device used to pay for taxi fares and, in some cases, transactions at convenience stores.
Seoul City Pass Plus
Based on T-money, City Pass Plus has included the function of tourism sight-seeing. City Pass Plus costs 3,000 won and is ready to use with deposit. City Pass Plus can be used in subways, buses, public phones, some net cafes, and even convenience stores. With City Pass Plus, you can also enjoy discounts at some of the restaurants and tourism spots, such as Lotte World, N Seoul Tower and so on.
City Pass Plus enables you to travel around Seoul easily even without cash. At the beginning, City Pass Plus was just a transportation card, but the function of it is expanding, now, it is even acceptable at some convenience stores and bookshops.
