Experience how the body feels at a speed of 90km per hour
Fu’s is an outdoor sports facility in the Fujino district and encompasses an area of 330,000㎡. It is open year round and during the winter it becomes “Fu’s Snow Area” with 7 ski courses. It caters to beginners as well as experienced skiers, and the longest course is 1.8km and the maximum grade is 38 degrees. There are family courses as well as a barn dedicated to mogul skiing. The attraction is the luge stadium which was built as a practice course for the 1972 Sapporo Olympics. It is one of two practice courses in Japan, the other one located in Nagano Prefecture. There are luge classes in January and February that is open to the public. You will be going at a pace of 25~30km, but it will feel like you are going twice or three times as fast.
