Hokkaido-Sapporo Tourist Information Center

Located inside of the “Hokkaido-Sapporo ‘Food and Tourism’ Information Building”. It is linked to the JR General Information Center. Visitors can access tourist information for all of Hokkaido as well as information on events taking place in Sapporo.

Tourism and Culture Information Station

Available Languages: Japanese, English

Information on events and theater, art exhibitions and other art related activities, sports and tourism in Sapporo can be accessed through an information booth located in the Odori Station (subway) and the website. At the booth, computers are available where visitors can search events and tourist information. Pamphlets on facilities and events as well as the “Weekly Press” which introduces events on a weekly basis are also available.

Odori Park Tourist Information

Available Language: Japanese

There are 3 volunteer staff on call regularly to assisting visitors. They are available to give visitors sightseeing information (pamphlets also available) as well as assiting with photo shoots.

Odori Park Information & Official Shop

There are permanent staff available to assist visitors at Odori Park as well as interpretation services by phone for foreign visitors in English, Chinese and Korean. Odori Park original goods and “Sapporo Smile” certified goods are sold at the Official Shop.

Sapporo International Communication Plaza

This Plaza is located in the building right across from the Sapporo Clock Tower and is a facility mainly for foreign visitors. There are permanent staff available who speak English. Visitors can take advantage of the “Communication Salon” where you can use Wi-Fi for free during business hours.

Sapporo-wide Sightseeing Area Information Center: “Iibe Sapporo”

This information center is located next to the “Shopping Center TRIAL Shinoro Branch”. Visitors can access information on sightseeing areas within Sapporo as well as pamphlets forareas in the vicinity of the city. There is a corner selling local products as well as a cafe where people can rest.
