The apartment features a very attractive setting in a beautiful, green residential neighbourhood. Sunny, minimum traffic (residential, dead-end street), short distance from city centre. Five minutes on foot from several tram and bus stops, restaurants, cafés, shops (open until 23:00), post office, bank and pharmacy.

10-min. tram/bus ride to city centre, Zürich Main Railway Station, Lake Zürich, the Old Town and the popular Zürich-West district. In 20 minutes, you can reach the University of Zurich, the technical universities, exhibition grounds in Zürich-Oerlikon, and the City and Oerlikon indoor swimming pools. A 10-minute walk will take you to Irchelpark, the forest and the Allenmoos outdoor swimming pool.

The apartment is on the ground floor of our single-family dwelling and has its own entrance. We, your hosts, live above the apartment. We are available at any time to offer tips and help. We speak German, English, some French and basic Italian.

The room is 30 ㎡ and can be divided with a curtain. It is ideal for two people, and there is a comfortable double bed available. Up to two people can sleep on the pullout couch. Maximum occupancy: Three adults + one child or two adults + two children.

You can prepare breakfast and other meals in the apartment's kitchen.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations up to 10 days before check-in: no charge applies.

Cancellations between nine and one days before check-in: 50% of the price of the apartment must be paid.

Cancellations on the day of check-in: 100% of the price of the apartment must be paid.

Late arrivals: 100% of the reservation must be paid.

Early departures: 100% of the reservation must be paid.
