This soup is a distinct local Luoyang dish that’s been around for a century at least and has a fresh taste and a comfortable price. It originated in the old part of the city then spread elsewhere along the major streets and alleys as well. It contains fine flour, sticky rice, pork, peanuts, taro, yam, black fungus, chopped green onions, garlic slices and gluten.
