The Commemorative Museum of the Eighth Route Army Office in Luoyang (“The Luobaban Commemorative Museum” for short) is a revolutionary commemorative museum based on the site of the former Eighth Route Army Office in Luoyang that commemorates the establishment of the office in Luoyang.

It is also the only commemorative museum open to the public based on a revolutionary site of revolutionary significance in Luoyang city. The establishment of the Commemorative Museum of the Eighth Route Army Office in Luoyang was proposed as early as May 1985. Part of it was open to the public in April 1987. Now, the Commemorative Museum of the Eighth Route Army Office in Luoyang is an Important Historical Monument under Special Preservation of Henan Province and an excellent patriotism education base.
