BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) is the fast, convenient way to get to San Francisco from SFO or OAK. BART round-trip fares cost less then one way shuttle vans or taxi fares. The trip to San Francisco only takes a half hour. BART is also the car-free way to travel around the Bay Area. You can take BART to 43 stations in Bay Area cities. You can pre-purchase round-trip tickets from SFO to any city served by BART at www.bart.gov on the Airport Connections page. For more information please go to www.bart.gov. Every round trip from SFO or OAK to San Francisco on BART's all electric trains keeps 20 pounds of carbon particles out of the air.
