Le Dome menu reveals the plentiful world of fish recipes – you will find plaice, sturgeon, cod, Baltic pilchard, sander and other fishes from Latvian lakes and the Baltic Sea, prepared in a variety of ways. Likewise, Maris Astics values other seasonal products: he uses game, vegetables and berries and specially cooked sauces to create ever new courses, constantly renewing the menu.

The cozy interior (light color palette, soft lighting and rare photographs on the walls) creates perfect atmosphere for unhurried conversation.
