Welcome to Milan in 2020

2019, the year just passed is a wonderful year for Milan and all citizens. The city's quality of life and attractiveness continue to increase, the number of cultural activities and business centers continues to grow, and its ranking in the world continues to rise. Milan doesn't stop there; it waits and prepares for the brilliant year of 2020!

In the new year, Milan will host a series of prestigious art, history and cultural exhibitions, which will lead tourists on a journey of color, glamour and beauty, and there will be a common theme throughout 2020: the talent of women.

The "Leonardo 500" project will continue to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the death of Leonardo Da Vinci. Due to the great success of the project, the exhibition of Sala delle Asse full of genius Da Vinci's murals will be extended to April 19, 2020, which is also the first time that the house with its authentic murals is open to the public.

There will also be contemporary art and photography exhibitions this year, which will take place during Art Week in April and Photography Week in June.

Finally, also in 2020, Milan, Italy's "fashion and design capital", is ready to welcome guests from all over the world during Fashion Week, which will be held from April 20 to 26.
