Saudia Boosts In-flight Entertainment Options

Saudi Arabian Airlines has increased the amount of entertainment programs available on-board its aircraft, offering 1,800 hours of movies, television shows, games and music options.

With the increased variety of content, guests flying with Saudia can view movies in Arabic, English, French, Italian, Spanish and German.

A wide selection of international movies are also available in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin and Tagalog.

Following a recently-signed agreement with Warner Brothers and Fox, an extensive selection of Hollywood programs are now available on-board.

The expanded library in the airline's in-flight entertainment system includes a large selection of religious programs, Arabic Cinema, action, comedy, drama, thriller, sci-fi, fantasy, animation, educational, lifestyle, business, family programs, sports, Bollywood titles and games.

In particular, a significant selection of Islamic content is available on-board Saudia, which are sourced from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's ministry of Islamic affairs.

Additionally, a re-designed entertainment platform has been simultaneously created to complement the addition of the new content, making it seamless for guests to scroll through the categories.

Director general of Saudi Arabian Airlines, Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, said: "Saudia is committed to providing all of our guests with the very latest available entertainment selections when they travel for business or leisure.
