Disney's theme parks are going vegan

Plant-based food options will be added to every dining location in Disney's theme parks in the United States, reported Yahoo Lifestyle.

Disney announced that Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort will begin offering over 400 vegan dishes at all of their quick-service and table-service restaurants.

Florida's Walt Disney World is pioneering to go vegan in early October, followed by Anaheim, California's Disneyland in spring 2020, said the report.

Steamed Asian Dumplings, Chinese long beans, red peppers, and radish in delicious and fragrant Asian broth are among the new offerings.

In another development, Shanghai Disneyland eased its controversial no-outside-food policy, allowing tourists to bring in their own food like bottled water, sandwiches and candy.

Earlier, three out of the six Disneyland parks in Asia implemented a no-outside-food-and-drink policy.
