Shish taouk

One of the main courses on every dining table in the Middle East is the shish kebab which can be made of many kinds of toasted meat on a skewer, with shish taouk being the most popular kind. Traditional shish kebab is dipped in some special seasonings to give it more flavors and then will be toasted in the tandoor oven.
