Vermeer

Vemeer is a Michelin one-starred restaurant. Head chief Christopher Naylor carefully selects local ingredients such as Beet Root, Dutch shrimp and White Asparagus, and makes the seasonal menu “from the ground.” Vegetables are the best inspiration for him.

The restaurant is located inside of Palatial Hotel which is decorated with many classical oil paintings created by the painters in the golden age of 17th century in the Netherlands.
