The restaurant owns 9 individual dining rooms which are distributed in five canal buildings built in the golden age of the Netherlands. The themes of the dining rooms are each different in their own ways. Some rooms display the authentic etchings of Rembrandt, and some display retro handmade glassware. The restaurant makes innovations to the traditional Dutch cuisine by integrating the delicate and romantic French style and using of many traditional Dutch recipes and food ingredients, thus creating the unique dishes with the theme of “New Netherlands.”
