The initial location of Xiamen Weiyou Catering Management Co. Ltd is at the gate of Fenglin Village next to Tongji Road, Jimei District and Xiamen City. It mainly focuses on Minnan specialties as well as the heritage and development of Fujian cuisine. It has persistently upheld “serving customers with good taste and real materials” as its management philosophy for more than two decades. It advocates food culture, and continues to put forward new ideas to fully present various flavors of Minnan cuisine such as freshness and crisping. A store, through twelve years’ development, has witnessed a leapfrog progress, and successfully relocated into No. 90 building of Fenglin Road namely today’s Jimei Store on March 25, 2005. Starting from the first two floors, Xiamen Weiyou Catering Management Co. Ltd expanded to the third floor in the second year, then set up the fourth floor as VIP boxes, and finally turned the fifth floor into a banquet hall that can accommodate more than 50 tables. Currently, it has become a stronghold for management companies from which materials of other stores are transported.

In the fifth floor with elegant decorations, many enterprises, public institutions, and individuals all choose this place to hold banquets such as celebration parties, wedding parties and birthday parties.

The total business area reaches more than 5000 square meters. The decoration style takes the green water bricks of old houses of Minnan as the dominant tone, making people surrounded by Minnan and Taiwan local customs. In addition, the strong local flavor and dishes make people even more familiar.
