Belitong Noodle

Apart from its beautiful nature, Belitung also has many kinds of delicacies, including Belitong noodle, which is cooked with common noodles but with a kind of special gravy. The gravy is made from carefully-selected shrimps, which should be boiled in the boiling water. The gravy contains different kinds of spices, and so it smells very good.
