Korean Cuisine

Korean cuisine is also very distinctive, like Bibimbap, barbecue, glutinous rice cake, and so on. There are three kinds of featured Korean restaurants: Cold noodle shops, run like fast food restaurants, mainly provide cold noodles and mixed vegetables; barbecue shops mainly serve beef, fish, and seafood; ox head restaurants mainly serve food combined with ox head meat, beef and beef innards, with a side of ox bone soup and mix vegetables.
