Kibbeh

Kibbeh, which is usually made up of the chopped mutton, and sometimes may be stuffed with ground beef or even the camel meat. The dish is a sort of succulent and tasty minced meat and pine nut balls coated with a layer of shredded wheat. It is fried to give it a crunchy texture during the cooking process. With some full-bodied garlic soy sauce, it will have a better taste.
