Hopper is also called “Appa”, which is a kind of thin pancake that is easy to see in the local restaurants in Sri Lanka. The local people normally eat it as the breakfast, it is very crispy all around and the soft fragrant coconut milk in the middle makes it taste very delicious. Now there are a lot of improved Hoppers, you can beat an egg into it or add honey inside.
