Chef & Sommelier concentrates on organic ingredients but also uses ingredients from the nature and from Fairtrade.

Chef & Sommelier was chosen as restaurant of the year in 2013 by The Gastronomic Association of Finland. The restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2014.
