2015 Taste the Tasty Culture – Tea Culture Promotion Programme

With a commitment to promote the humanistic and spiritual essences of tea culture amongst the public, the “Taste the Tasty Culture - Tea Culture Promotion Programme” has become one of the most popular activities of Macao Tea Culture House. It is held on the fourth Saturday of every month under varied themes to introduce the attendees to the eruditeness of tea culture through looking into the artistic, historic, cultural, scientific and health maintenance aspects of tea. It advances the propagation of Chinese tea culture by enriching the public’s knowledge about tea.

As the pace of city life gets faster and more frantic every day, tea lovers preferred to savor tea at home in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. A thoughtful tea-setting would definitely add an extra touch of elegance to the tea-savoring experience and put the heart at ease. In this monthly tea gathering, participants will be briefed over the basic elements required of in tea-setting at home, the principles applied in setting the tea table and the kind of themes suitable for the arrangements. Participants would have a good grasp of the knowledge needed to prepare an enjoyable tea-setting at home.
