Basuki Reminds Businessmen in Bazar Art to Pay Taxes in Jakarta

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama opens an annual event, 2016 Bazar Art Jakarta. In that occasion, Basuki reminded the abiding businesses to pay taxes. Because of their tax very influential for the development of Jakarta.

"It's important to pay tax. Make a good balance. We'll give subsidy such as education, health, and flat," he disclosed, at The Ritz Carlton Jakarta, Pasific Place, South Jakarta, Thursday (8/25).

He revealed that he is supporting the event, because the city administration cannot hold it. Considering, most of the budget is used for subsidies to the public.

His party would provide various facilities to the event committee. Even he will give free advertising to the committee on the various LED in Jakarta.

"We're supporting events like this, our duty is making Jakartans live worthy. If you need promotional, we will handle it," he stated.

According to him, such event could also help local artists. Because at the same time able to introduce a variety of local arts in Jakarta and in Indonesia.

"We will help our artist to level up because they also invite 20 collectors from all over the world. They will see our art, this is good for Jakarta," he finished.
