St. Petersburgs Tsarskoe Selo Set an Attendance Record

For 2017 year the Pushkin district reserve was seen by almost 4 million people, according to the museum press service.

On December 25, visitor reception in Tsarskoe Selo was ended. This year 3.9 million comers has seen a beauty of the reserve, according to its employees estimates. This is 200 thousand more than last year. 2018 year marks the 100th anniversary of museum life of the Russian emperors residences, museum expect an increase of visitors. Major project "The Age of Museums" is waiting for Petersburg residents and its guests. Large-scale exhibitions and festivals, scientific conferences and popular lectures will take place in the Tsarskoe Selo, Gatchina, Peterhof and Pavlovsk.

We remind that 2017 was a record for another St. Petersburg museum-reserve. Peterhof became the most popular museum in Russia. It was visited by more than 5 million people.
