Monterrey Introduction

Monterrey is the capital city of the Nuevo Leon State, in the northeast of Mexico which boats a population of 1.1 million. It is the second largest city of Mexico in size and the third largest city of Mexico in population, and often called the “Northern Cleopatra, Northeastern Giant, Mountainous City, Capital of North, etc.” Monterrey is considered as the most “American” city in Mexico. Colorful history and culture are its biggest characteristics. It is the city where beautiful natural scenery and places are filled with humanism style.
