Investment guide for Chinese companies investing in the Netherlands

By 2017, more than 600 Chinese-funded enterprises had set up operations in the Netherlands. Netherlands’ portal position in Europe has become one of the EU's three major foreign investment destination countries for more and more Chinese enterprises to "base themselves on the Netherlands and expand Europe". I.Domestic Recording - Development and Reform Commission, Investment Promotion Agency of Ministry of Commerce, P.R.China

In September 2014, Investment Promotion Agency of Ministry of Commerce, P.R.China promulgated a new "Measures for the Management of Overseas Investment" (Decree No. 3 of the Ministry of Commerce, 2014). It implemented the management mode of "mainly filing, supplemented by approval", and introduced the management concept of negative list. Except for the approval management of investment in sensitive countries and regions and sensitive industries, the rest are filed. II.Overseas Registration - Registration by the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of the Netherlands

According to the Investment Promotion Agency of Ministry of Commerce, P.R.China's "Registration System for Overseas Chinese-funded Enterprises (Institutions)" and other relevant regulations, Chinese-funded companies registered in the Netherlands are required to register at the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
