Religion Saint Petersburg

Orthodox Christianity is the main religious belief for the major nationality (Russian nationality). Though most residents are not pious believers, this does not impede the influence of Orthodox culture and ideology on them. Among the three sects of Christianity, Orthodox Christianity is the most conservative.
