【Introduction】:Chengdu Visa information

Foreigners visiting China must apply for China visas, except the case of visa exemption, following the related agreements or provisions. Foreigners must apply for a China visa and complete it before entering China. You should check whether the visa is valid before visiting China. If your visa is expired or the number of entries is insufficient, reapplication is required.

Enter Before

It refers to the time limit of visa itself, from the issue date of visa to the expiration date that visa holders may enter China (in Beijing time). If there is still number of entry available before the expiration date (including the day), the visa holder can enter the country.

Entries

Entries means the number of entry you can use it to enter China during its validity period. It becomes void if the entries have been used up or it goes beyond period of validity even if there are some entries left. You need to apply for a new one to visit China. Tourists holding an invalid visa will be refused entry.

Duration of Each Stay

Duration of stay refers to the maximum number of days the holder is permitted to stay in China each time, which is counted from the entry date. It is against the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Entry and Exit of Aliens,” “Implementation Rules of the Law of the People’s Republic of China Entry and Exit of Aliens,” and other relevant laws and regulations that aliens overstay their visa in China without handling the extension procedures. The case will be punished by fines and other penalties. Therefore, if the holder overstay his/her visa in China, he/she must apply for an extension (but not necessarily be approved)to the local public security bureau above the county level (For the specific requirements, please consult the website of local public security bureau). Chinese embassies and consulates do not deal with visa extension.
