The applicant holds a valid passport, and has the right and qualification to return or re-entry his residence country.
Application information submitted is true and conforms to regulations.
The identity, status, duration of stay and activity the applicant will be engaged in Japan must be in line with the provisions of Immigration and Refugee Recognition Act (Decree No. 319 of 1951, hereinafter referred to as ‘Immigration Control Act’).
The applicant does not comply with any clause in Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Immigration Control Act.
