Zhangfei Beef is a kind of beef with hints of Hui flavor from Sichuan Province. There are many shops in Chongqing where this beef is sold. It is named Zhangfei Beef because the beef looks like the face of Zhangfei, a famous general during the Three Kingdoms Period of China. It should be noted that Zhangfei Beef is usually very spicy.
