Bangka Belitung is not only widely acclaimed for its seafood but also the sweet food like Martabak Bangka, a sweet stuffed pancake. The pancake is well known across the country. You can find it everywhere in Indonesia. Also known as van de Kok or Hok Lo Pan by the locals, it is a food that the local Chinese love very much.
