Lion’s Mane Mushroom

Hailin City of Heilongjiang Province is the home of lion’s mane mushroom. With a cool climate, abundant fresh air, and long sunshine hours, this area is a perfect place for the growth of lion’s mane mushroom. Hailin City produces the largest amount of the mushroom, amounting to about one quarter of China’s total production.
